binaries, and who do not have the capabilities to implement a development

I can´t speak for b8_bavard but I think he will put up some binaries when the 
core reached a more stable level. There are some thing hanging around in the 
air, just take a look at this bug list;-)
In the meantime you can get static Linux binaries from my page:
