Summary:  [CJK] File names in Downloads Web UI page

Original Submission:  About 6 months ago, before the mldonkey development looks 
stalled and multinet feature was being implemented, mldonkey WEB UI displays 
CJK file names on its Downloads page well.
However, with recents builds, it is not.

For example, it displays [SBS]???.?03??.SDTVrip.[2004-05-24].avi file like this.

[SBS]192229177230187234.1621940318....avi 

On the bottom size,where downloaded files are displayed, it also displays files 
with CJK file names as its unique numbers rather than file names.
