Summary: Serverlist spammed with same IP but different Port

Original Submission: My Serverlist (for all kinds of networks) is recently
spammed with much Server entries that have the same IP, but different Port. I
dont know exactly why this, if its mldonkey fault, or servers propagating
themselves with those ports. Nevertheless, the keying for the servers should be
set to IP only, and not IP:Port. Legitimate servers will usually run on one
port only, so a new IP:Port combination should overwrite the old one. (pango
noticed on #mldonkey that this could be a dos point, to invalidade all servers,
but we agreed that the possibility to find a legitimate server in such a dos
condition is much higher than its in a dos condition where the serverlist is
spammed. Like if 1 is valid under 5000 or under 5000000 ;)
