Summary:  Custom email notifications

Original Submission:  How about adding possibility to customize email 
notifications sent when download is complete? Right now it contains only file 
name, size and description. My mldonkey is running on remote server, and I 
would like an option do add url to downloaded file so you can just click on it 
and start download to local computer. 
For example, after "Comment:" in mail notification could be added:

URL: <local_url><file_name>

Where <local_url> could be something like "http://www.myserver.xvz/dir";
