Summary:  BT support not working for files > 4GB

Original Submission:  BT support has problems with files > 4GB.

chunk-checking during startup (if the chunk is in state 2) and user-initiated 
"verify chunks" declare all chunks past the 4GB boundary CORRUPT.

chunk-checking works (even after 4GB) if the check happens "during download".

problem verified in both 2.5-4 and mid-december CVS.
checked tempfile to be correct by extracting a file past 4GB from the tempfile 
and checking it with the original BT client.

In CVS 2004/01/27:
> Int32ops: removed Int32 operations. int32 should be removed
> as many times as possible to avoid limitations at 4GB.
> Bittorrent protocol does not support files > 4 GB (check new version ?)
Does this version solve the problem?
