Summary:  SOmetimes LOW-IS sometimes HI-ID

Original Submission:  I have some problems connecting to some servers , getting 

diferent ID . There is no problem with my firewall , becouse i got bruscly ( i 
can speak very well english ) got low and hi id .

ISP have filters on 4662 port. Any number between 80 and 65530 should be OK.

If some servers want to give you a low id, they grant you a low id.

You can reject them with force_high_id, but that's about it, not really a bug...
