Summary: recover_temp in actual cvs version does not seem to work

Original Submission: the recover_temp command deos not seem to have any
effect. I have lost my downloads somehow ( perhaps due to update ?), but temp
files are still there. Their description also seems to be in the files.ini but
they don't show up in the download view, and recover_temp does not have any
effect. Perhaps its also a display problem when going from older files.ini
version to a newer ? don't know.
