Summary:  Overnet port is open even if overnet is disabled

Original Submission:  My overnet settings:

enable_overnet false

overnet_search_keyword false

overnet_port 5427



Nmap list the port as open

5427/tcp   open        unknown

and i can connect to it over the internet with telnet and i wont get 
disconnected!



I use the official precompiled files.



I will try to compile my own mldonkey with the --disable-multinet setting.
