Summary:  cancelling downloads and permission issues

Original Submission:  if you cancel a download of a file you dont have 
permission to delete, it goes of the list but it obviously stays in the temp 
dir. that means when you scan_temp it shows up again..



it'd be nice to provide some warning message.  same would go for downloading i 
guess (ie, not being able to write)
