Summary:  LimeWire plugin failes to update query routing table when new files 
are hashed

Original Submission:  At MLDonkey startup files are hashed/scanned.
At same time connection to Gnutella network is performed.
Unluckily, query routing table (that is highly important for Gnutella network) 
is sent only once upon connection.

Solution: Send query routing table when there are new files appeared in library 
(probably on PING/PONG messages is enough)

P.S. I can't connect with LimeWare plugin to specified address (in 
limeware.ini) - i have error "Server.server_connect not implemented by 
LimeWire" when i'm pressing "connect" for specified IP.

P.S.S. LimeWare plugin doesn't send hashes in reply to searches and all files 
served by mldonkey is counted as spam ones in Shareaza (and probably other 
clients)
