I've seen two possible chunk selection for downloading
(in edonkey2000 plugin):

a) From the begining  (better for previewing)
b) Random             (better for spreading)

I thought there could be a better algorithm to let
the user choose it. It would allow better spreading
and more throughtput:

c) Download the available chunck whose availability
   is lower (the ones that are harder to find).

I think this would statiscally improve the downloading
of the files, and improve the spreading of them.
