Recently, as the number of popular files on my box has
increased, the number of uploaders has also increased,
and is causing problems, namely low IDs. (I could
limit the number of uploaders, but thats broken in the
version I'm running, and I'm not setup to rebuild it, I
can wait for free files. :) But it spawned an idea.

Servers today like to "play client" and connect to 4662
to validate that you're sharing files, etc. Wouldn't it
be nice to set aside a few connections soely for
servers? You have all known sever ids in the list
(need to in order to connect to it). When a conection
is made, and the wait-list is full, scan the request
against the server list. If it's just a client, reject
it, if its a server, throw it in pool (to some
over-draft limit), since its going to probably just
check and drop. (This has a side effect of justly
rewards people running servers, should they run a
client to get something. ;)

Sounds like a winner to me, ideas, comments,
alterations?
