My mldonkey v2 always uploads with full speed (well,
limit is set to 1kb ...) to many clients, but downloads
only starts with 1kb every few hours... or gets stuck.
i'm waiting for the files since weeks ... winmx/emule
are much faster and they also limit the upload as i want.
