In the meanwhile, you can use ed2k_recovermet:

(but an export would be potentially more efficient, because ed2k_recovermet 
lose partially downloaded chunks)

Summary:  Feature req: export downloads back to eDonkey

Original Submission:  For people who want to switch back to the normal eDonkey 
client it would be nice to be able to re-export everything back to the old 
format (.part and .part.met files).
