Summary: 'vma' command doesn't display full server list, but only a subset.

Original Submission: I use netcat and the 'vma' option in the telnet interface
to find specific servers to connect to. However, while I could successfully
search through all my servers in 1.16, in recent CVS builds (all those that
I've tried) the 'vma' command only shows a subset of the serverlist. I have
verified that on average 'vma' returns between 150 and 200 servers, while my
serverlist (as shown in servers.ini) contains thousands.

This is a pretty crucial feature if you use 'jigle' to find rare files.

Thank you, and other than this issue, the mldonkey 1.99 builds are a major
improvement and show incredible progress over older releases.
