------------------ Additional Follow-up Comments ----------------------------
Nothing prevents you from calling mldonkey from a different directory where it
is stored. If user A and B want to use mldonkey, each one can create a
~/.mldonkey directory, and call /usr/local/bin/mldonkey from there.

=================== BUG #877: FULL BUG SNAPSHOT ===================

Submitted by: jobr Project: mldonkey, a free e-Donkey
client
Submitted on: 2002-Jul-19 09:02
Category: Core Severity: 1 - Ordinary
Bug Group: None Resolution: Wont Fix

Summary: Configuration should be stored in user home

Original Submission: MLDonkey should place its INI-files (except perhaps
servers.ini) in the users home directory in order to enable independent usage
of the donkey by multiple users.

This might also be seen as a security issue.
