It (in fact) is the same data send to the same destination, a couple of times  
(84 times) in 1 second in the current example. 
I also noticed the same behaviour with packets with a 25 byte size.

could you please check that ?

I am running FreeBSD 4.6RC and mldonkey release 1.16 static from your download 
area
