very unlikely. I have a duron 1.1ghz, 192mb ram. mldonkey
doesn't use more than 10% cpu time, and needs about 20-40mb ram.

There are also no ulimits or something like that..

In short: This means: Your Machine and IP-Stack are overloaded!

I had the same problem with Linux on my 32 MB machine. With
32 MB my Maschine was swapping a lot and in hi load
sitiations I got this message. After upgrading my memory to
64 MB the problem is gone.
