HI Memo Codename:
"Grassland, back to the Savannah; or Rethinking Flatland"
[Free World Eyes Only]

Problem Statement
----
Build a McCarthy Machine infrastructure, with the specification,
computing hardware (including CPU as well as graphics, AI, physics,
numerical, etc. coprocessors as needed), OS, applications,
documentation, networking implemented in Scheme (S-expression
notation).  Make it free (as in freedom), paid (as in my family has to
be fed), secure, low acoustical noise, trusted, efficient, and
biocompatible.

Task 0D
----
Build a '79 Scheme Bit with salvaged '52 vacuum technology. Explore
overclocking at limits of gate switching speed, visual indication of
state for debugging...

TO DO: Part list, including count of tubes
TO DO: Can tubes be made to operate like resistors?
TO DO: What is the technical specificaton (electrical discipline) of
         0 and 1, per the '79 paper?

Task 1D
----
Start examining functional geometric modeling using the results of
"Task 0"...

Task 2D
----
Revisit Farnsworth and Lancaster, compare and contrast to ATSC 3.0
[HSLEM, w.r.t privacy]

Task 3D
----
Study Euclid, Descartes, Rvachev...

Task 4D
----
Implement general sweeps of 3D shapes over time...
