Deploying cross-compiled application

Greetings!

I have successfully compiled qt5 based static application using mxe under 
debian.
But when I try to start it on windows system I'm getting the following error:

   error while loading shared libraries: 
'api-ms-win-core-localization-l1-2-1.dll':
     cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory.

Do I need to install anything on windows system to be able to run mingw 
application?
