So are you cross compiling Coin-HSL (http://www.hsl.rl.ac.uk/ipopt/) with https://github.com/xianyi/OpenBLAS? I ask this because it seems that these two programs are both open source, and I can look at it when I get a chance. Also what package from MXE are you using?

BTW, it'll be nice if someone add OpenBLAS to MXE as it is BSD-licensed.
