Not sure where to put this, the “Creating Packages” section might be a good 
choice, but wouldn’t be easy to find if you’re just looking for a way to test 
enabling a target. This section needs a bit of a refresh anyway, I’ll look at 
it when adding notes about the shared/static build rules.
