[Mingw-cross-env-list] opensuse build

Hi,

I would like to report a problem with the documentation (requirements).

For opensuse 12.1, the package "libilmbase-devel" is required.
Otherwise openexr fails with

[build]    openexr

Failed to build package openexr!

This might be a problem for other systems as well (I don't know), as
libilm isn't listed anywhere.
