I'm not sure this will be possible going forward. The newest version
of XCode (4), with SDKs for 10.6 & 10.7, is only available through the
Mac App Store - there doesn't seem to be another way to obtain it (or
the individual SDKs).

The older XCode 3 is still available to download, but that only has
10.6 and earlier, and will eventually become outdated.
