[Mingw-cross-env-list] Problem compiling gnutls using the latest code snapshot

Hello all,

I'm trying to cross-compile gnutls and I'm getting the following error:

'i686-pc-mingw32-gcc' -W -Wall -Werror -ansi -pedantic './src/gnutls-test.c' -o 
'/opt/mingw/usr/i686-pc-mingw32/bin/test-gnutls.exe' 
`'i686-pc-mingw32-pkg-config' gnutls --cflags --libs`
Package gnutls was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `gnutls.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'gnutls' found
./src/gnutls-test.c:4:27: fatal error: gnutls/gnutls.h: No such file or 
directory
compilation terminated.
make[1]: *** [build-only-gnutls] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/opt/mingw'


This is on Fedora 16.
