[Mingw-cross-env-list] curl and openssl/gnutls

Hi Tony,

I happened to notice that curl now gets openssl passed to it in LIBS.

summary:     package curl: add missing dependency on libssh2

Openssl is not directly listed as a prerequisite for curl, although it 
comes in via libssh2.

What I'm wondering about is "--with-gnutls". Does it make sense to keep 
this in the curl configuration even though openssl is needed for libssh2?
