Thanks for noticing! I think this was just disabled by mistake, and
nobody noticed that because nobody was using gmpxx (yet). I just
included your correction, naming you as the author of the change:

Normally, I wouldn't include such a change during the release, but
we'll need a third testing round anyway, and this seems to be more
a bugfix than a new feature.
