[Mingw-cross-env-list] static gtk and themes

a while back I noticed someone mentioned themes not working with static gtk, now gtk was meant to be shared (love the static build though) so loading themes currently will not be possible, however taking a look at xchat's site http://xchat.org/files/binary/win32/mini-src/ which is a modified gtk (old copy mind you) and Zed has managed to take the theming files and rewrite them so while not yet themable persay but allow for 1 style that's fairly nice looking and uniform across most windows os's, maybe something to look into and possibly make a patch for the static gtk build to use.
