[Mingw-cross-env-list] mingw-cross-env tutorial bad URL

http://mingw-cross-env.nongnu.org/#tutorial has an incorrect URL for the mingw-cross-env package. It says:

When everything is fine, download the latest release:

wget http://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases/mingw-cross-env/mingw-cross-env-2.19.tar.gz

But the latest version there is 2.18. The link on the "Download" page is correct, however.
