[Mingw-cross-env-list] Ros, apache runtimes and log4cxx

Hi guys,

I'd like to, some time in the near future, start using mingw cross as
a dependency layer for RoS (http://www.ros.org/wiki/) so that it can
quickly cross-compile debugging and testing windows packages from the
convenience of their build environment. Mingw_cross seems to be near a
perfect fit for it - nice work guys.

To begin with, it'd be quite useful moving my mingw build scripts for
apr, apr-util and log4cxx into mingw_cross. As I haven't broached
doing mingw_cross packages before, is there anything in particular I
should take note of before diving in?
