[Mingw-cross-env-list] Qt + Phonon

Hi,

I enabled phonon/phonon-backend in qt.mk and built. When I try running
a phonon application the build fails.

Does the MCE support phonon compilation?

I did a search on the list and there was some mention of it being
integrated but I cannot tell if it was completed.
