Ouch sorry, I should have checked first. This is actually not a cross
compiler issue, it also happens with the native Win32 mingw.
g++.exe -std=c++0x cpp0x.cpp
cpp0x.cpp:2:10: error: #error Define is missing!
Maybe it is by design, but still I think it is most strange to remove
such defines when enabling the use of extensions.
