[GMG-Devel] Two roadblocks while deploying

Hello!
I'm attempting to deploy mediagoblin as listed on the docs [1]. At this point
the main page comes up properly and I'm able to login to my admin account,
however clicking the "submit" button to upload actual media gives me an
"Unhandled Exception" error [2], luckily I've managed to get it to generate this
error [3] by running it directly with lazy*.sh instead of systemd.

Secondly, when I try uploading media files directly I get broken links[4],
broken media[5], and 403 errors when trying to view the original file[6]. I've
also been trying to get the docker fork to function as well, however it's
extremely outdated and will require massive refactoring so I'd prefer not to do
that....
