First of all, these look like great things to discuss, so we should
discuss them!

Second of all, I goofed and forgot that "16:00 UTC" changes when
daylight savings changes, which means that this is now an hour earlier,
and 8AM for our hackers in California.  Not cool :(

What we're going to do is see if anyone who shows up to the meeting
minds if we push it back one hour.  If not, we'll push this forward to
17:00 UTC.  If people do mind, we'll just go forward and have an
extended session.

Sorry about the trouble!
