Not sure what you mean with "have a lot of changes", but you can readily translate in Transifex right now, there's nothing to wait for. The only thing you need to do is sign up (or sign in with account from other sites) and start translating (as access mode is "Free for all"). If you have already translated using poedit or something else locally you should be able to import those translations i Transifex. Hakan will take care of committing to git.
