Even though I don't have the time yet to deploy this on the development
and production instances, I have applied this patch, and your next
patch adding the Toner stylesheet, so that at least those are part of
ocitysmap.

Maxime will have a look at the implications of the new tables needed in
the database, and then we will deploy this.
