[Maposmatic-dev] Announcement delayed

Due to stability issues, which would make the MapOSMatic service
basically unaccessible under load, we are delaying the announcement for
at least one additional day.

Maxime and I will be investigating tomorrow the reasons for the leak of
file descriptors that make the production system unstable.
