The new patch I just sent doesn't yet take this into account. The
assert could be changed from checking 200000 to 200100. The
aforementioned version of mapnik in oneiric returns 200000, so if
mapnik-git is the way to go, the assert might as well be changed to
200100 to check for 2.1-pre-releases or later.

The current git version does return 200100.
