[Maposmatic-dev] Mapnik update on dev.m.o

Hello,

Just a quick note to say that I have updated Mapnik on dev.m.o to the
latest Git version, in order to get multiple upstream bug fixes on
ShieldSymbolizer rendering and other text placement issues.

The current version being used on dev.m.o is
14bc34489811c0dd515bb861fe91ff17b4b23940.
