To make it clear was is currently on dev.m.o and www.m.o, I've added
the following files:

 * http://dev.maposmatic.org/smedia/ocitysmap-version.txt
   which contains the version of OcitySMap used on dev.m.o

 * http://dev.maposmatic.org/smedia/maposmatic-version.txt
   which contains the version of MapOSMatic used on dev.m.o

 * http://www.maposmatic.org/smedia/ocitysmap-version.txt
   which contains the version of OcitySMap used on www.m.o

 * http://www.maposmatic.org/smedia/maposmatic-version.txt
   which contains the version of MapOSMatic used on www.m.o

These files are automatically updated by our deployment scripts, so
they should always be up-to-date with the version being used.
