Hum, that's a very good call. The problem is that if we consider
non-[A-Z] first letters, then the "by-letter selection" becomes very,
very long. But if we want to be truly i18n-ized, then we must support
it.

So, the by-letter selection is not the best design. We need to discuss
another browsing mechanism for the maps list. I'm working on search, but
as for browsing, I'm open to suggestions.

In the meantime, I think we can still go for this model, and improve
later. Release soon, release often.
