Details:

E.G. http://www.openstreetmap.org/?relation=271466
is the boundary of the "Communauté d'agglomération du Grand Besançon"
(admin_level=7), impossible to find with the city name input
"id_administrative_city". And by the map, the boundary will not be underlined.
