[Man-db-devel] [PATCH] Correct grammatical error in man man

[Panashe M. Fundira]

In the man man page, the sentence "The pager can be specified in a
number of ways, or else will fall back to a default is used" is
grammatically correct. I have corrected it here to "The pager can be
specified in a number of ways, or else a default is used". Another
correct variation would be say "will fall back to a default".
