This makefile works :

This makefile don't works :
------------------------------------------------

all:: toto.o
        @echo ---- all ----

toto.o : toto.c "c:/toto.h"
        @echo ----- toto.o -----
        cl /c toto.c

------------------------------------------------
This second example return :
