expansion

Hello,

Can I stop the expansion of a marco after it has been expanded?

for example:

define(foo,bar)
define(foo,baz)

foo ---> baz  because foo expands to bar and subsequently bar expands to baz
bar ---> baz

So is there a way to stop macroexpansion after foo has expanded to bar?
