Log message:
        * src/builtin.c (WEXITSTATUS): Provide fallback definition.
        (m4_esyscmd): Set sysval to 0xffff, to accomodate both
        big-endian and little-endian wait status definitions.
        (m4_sysval): Use WEXITSTATUS.
