[m17n-list] Sarala Keyboard Layout for Telugu

Dear Admins / Developers,

Thank you for this wonderful m17n. The keyboard layouts can't get any
easier than this!

And I am glad to say that I have created Sarala Keyboard Layout (mim)
file along with the (png) image file for Telugu language and attached
it to this email.

I have provided website links in the mim file header, referring to the
research and training documents to show the merits of this keyboard
layout.
This is also an enhanced layout comparing to what we have been having
for Windows for the past couple of years. (I have to update the
windows files in the coming months).

Can you please add these files to the m17n?
I have tested the te-sarala.mim file under Ubuntu 12.10 64-bit, Debian
and Fedora, but please let me know if I am missing something. I have
found m17n only recently..
