[Lynx-dev] Waiting for response message

Recently I'm getting more "waiting for response" messages that are never 
resolved.  It takes an option-c to get out of the situation.

Are there any lynx.cfg items that address this, perhaps a limit on time after a 
failed "response" of this kind?  A brief look in lynx.cfg did
not find an obvious item.
