[Lynx-dev] colons in a file name make lynx unhappy

        I downloaded
https://jfwiki.org/index.php?title=Pilot_::_The_End.html, saved it to
Pilot_::_The_End.html.

        lynx Pilot_::_The_End.html

returns:

        Alert!: Unsupported URL scheme!
        lynx: Start file could not be found or is not text/html or text/plain
      Exiting...

        If I link it to Pilot__The_End.html lynx works happily. I
created banana_::_apple.html, got the same result. No other Linux app
complains about the name. No sort of quoting made lynx happy. lynx
doesn't mind when it's part of a remote URI; I suspect it's reading
the first : as a signal that the port precedes it.
