        iso15_uni.h has this:

        0x00b1, 0x00b2, 0x00b3, 0x017d, 0x00b5, 0x00b6, 0x00b7, 0x017d,

17d instead of b4 and b8.  Using b4 renders Zcaron as Z.  Why does
this table have 17d instead?
